Slipstream offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. No explanation is required.

To request a refund, email us at hello@slipstreamly.com from the address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have no obligation to issue refunds outside this period, but we will always try to be reasonable.
