Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
1. Agreement
By using Slipstream, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to anyone who accesses Slipstream's website, signs up for an account, or uses the service in any form.
2. The Service
Slipstream is a subscription-based encrypted relay service. We provide private, fast network connections through our managed infrastructure. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you've chosen.
We may update, improve, add to, or remove features over time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You may not share your account with people outside your household, resell access, or use a single account on more devices than your subscription plan allows.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Slipstream.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Slipstream offers monthly and annual subscription plans. You agree to pay the subscription fees displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are pre-paid. We do not auto-renew. Your service ends at the end of your subscription period unless you choose to renew.
We accept payment by credit and debit cards (processed by our payment partner) and by cryptocurrency (USDT, processed by NOWPayments).
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Slipstream isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, including for unused portions of an annual plan.
To request a refund, email hello@slipstreamly.com from the email address associated with your account.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of Slipstream is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to violate the rights of third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Privacy
Your use of Slipstream is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it. We're committed to collecting as little personal information as possible and to never logging your traffic, DNS queries, or browsing activity.
8. Service Availability
We work hard to keep Slipstream available and fast, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
We make no specific guarantees about performance speeds. Performance depends on your local internet connection, the route you connect through, and external factors we don't control.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We may also terminate the service entirely, with reasonable notice, if we choose to discontinue Slipstream.
If we terminate your account due to a violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of Slipstream after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimer
Slipstream is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Slipstream is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
